Jason & Kathryn wanted fall engagement photos to capitalize on what else… the stunning fall colours. Well, we waited until just the right time for their session and wouldn’t you know it, we arrived to find Niagara on the Lake devoid of colour with the exception of one solitary beautiful red maple tree we found in someone’s front yard. And oh yes we did shoot right there in their yard. Perhaps we should’ve taken into consideration the fact that the town is called Niagara ON THE LAKE, and I’m sure it’s very windy most of the time. Oh well, in the end we had a fantastic experience with two amazingly laid back people, and can’t wait to shoot their wedding next year. haha I just realized the red tree pictures didn’t even make this blog post.
